Patek Philippe Nautilus 7118 Women's Watch, combining sportiness and elegance.

The all-new custom Cal.324SC self-winding movement features a 45-hour power reserve and a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour. 

The watch measures 35.2 mm in diameter and 8.62 mm in thickness. The dimensions are consistent with the original mold data. 

3. The case and steel band are made of German imported 316L stainless steel, with CNC engraving restoration, perfectly presenting. 

4. It is inlaid with 56 Swarovski crystal diamonds, the same number as the genuine diamonds. It is electroplated with 18K gold and chrome, which is anti-allergic, has high hardness, is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and has a bright luster.
